Your reentry timer was set during validation with a margin built in—rounded up, because releasing a space early is unacceptable and releasing it late is merely inconvenient. That margin gets applied to every cycle, every night, for the life of the room. The BMS Link System™ monitors hydrogen peroxide concentration throughout the cycle and signals your BMS when your predetermined reentry threshold has actually been reached. The room comes back when it is ready. Nobody stands at the door with a handheld meter.
  2. The cycle runs the same way every time. Pre-programmed cycles mean operators select the validated cycle for that room, not configure it. Touchscreen operation at the wall panel—no laptop, no manual, no vendor on the phone. The system is designed to be run by the people who work in the space, not by the person who commissioned it.
  3. Documentation generates itself. Cycle records are created automatically. Your quality and risk management teams get the data without anyone transcribing it. For cGMP and EU GMP Annex 1 environments, that means less transcription risk and a cleaner audit trail.
