CURIS System Launches the BMS Link System™: Where Portability Meets Integration
CURIS System has released another market first—the CURIS® BMS Link System™, where portability meets integration. Built on years of custom facility hydrogen peroxide vapor (VPHP) integration, the BMS Link System™ delivers effective, validated, integrated biodecontamination across pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotech, and biosafety industries.
This single- to multi-room system makes automated biodecontamination easy to implement. Presale units sold out; the BMS Link System™ is now in full production and available to order. Integrations include material airlocks, decontamination chambers, production suites, and more.
The BMS Link System™ pairs the CURIS 3—CURIS System’s cornerstone portable device—with direct communication to your building management system (BMS), a new integration that makes decontamination practical, fast, and cost-effective. Touchscreen operation, pre-programmed cycles, and built-in hydrogen peroxide ppm sensors enable fast, confident reentry after treatment.
The CURIS BMS Link System™ connection lets decontamination run as part of facility operations rather than alongside them. Real-time data and reporting simplify documentation for quality and risk management teams.
“Our engineering team built a way to bring portable decon into integrated systems and standardize the offering. Our customers kept asking for the same thing: the automation of a built-in system without the cost and timeline of building one. The CURIS BMS Link System™ is our answer. It takes what we have been engineering one facility at a time and makes it repeatable and more affordable for our customers—adding to our custom facility integration toolbox, where automated VPHP is available at the push of a button.”
—Frances Grinstead, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, CURIS System.
For facilities that need built-in automated biodecontamination for specific spaces—transfer chambers, cleanrooms, and other fixed rooms—the BMS Link System™ bridges the gap between portable devices and custom facility-wide infrastructure.
“Reentry has always been the weak point. We built the sensing into the system instead—it monitors conditions in the space throughout the cycle and tells your team, and your building, when your reentry threshold has been reached. You are measuring instead of estimating."
—Carter Palasti, Systems Engineer, CURIS System.
Cycles can be initiated through multiple integrated pathways, giving facilities flexibility in how decontamination fits into daily operations. The system runs Hybrid Hydrogen Peroxide™ (HHP™) technology with CURoxide™, a 7% hydrogen peroxide formulation carrying an EPA-registered 6-log sporicidal kill claim through a tri-part soil load. The process leaves no harmful residues on treated surfaces.
The BMS Link System™ is available now.
